The number one principle of walking with the Lord is to connect our life situations, problems, difficulties, or circumstances to His nature.
Jesus wants to be more real to us than anything we are facing so that we can come into alignment with who God is. This gives us the opportunity through our life situations to see who He wants to be for us and experience the unchangingness of His nature.
We need to know who He is going to be for us because His presence is everything, and when we are viewing our circumstances through His eyes, we can call up His presence from our inner man.
